TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pre-payment & Cancellation Policy
You will be required to pay 50% to secure your reservation; this will also be stipulated on your pro forma invoice or
quote. The balance must be paid seven (7) days before the event.
Bookings are only confirmed once the reservationist has received your proof of payment.
Refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee and will be processed within 24 - 72 hours.
Deposits will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled three (3) days prior to the arrival date.
Guests may postpone their reservation within six (6) months. If no booking is made within this time, the deposit will be
forfeited.
No-shows, same-day cancellations, and early departures will be charged in full.
If the reservation is not confirmed by 18:00 on the date of arrival, the lodge reserves the right to release the booking.
In emergencies, guests may change their reservation to a different date, subject to availability.
Guests must produce proof of identity at the gate to confirm their reservation with Molobane Estate Lodge.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Bookings can be made between 08h00 and 17h00.
Check-in time is from 14:00.
Check-out time is 11h00 for accommodation guests. An additional R100 per hour will be charged for late checkοΏΎ
outs, non-negotiable.
Rooms are strictly for the number of people specified in the booking. Any additional people will incur a charge of
R200 per person.
Housekeeping is scheduled for 11h00. If access is not by this time, the room will not be cleaned.
Note: There is no housekeeping service on Sundays.
Visitors are not permitted in the guestβs room. However, they may use the waiting area for no longer than two (2)
hours. A fee of R150 will be charged for extended stays.
Drop-offs and pick-ups should not exceed 20 minutes.
Venue bookings allow for a maximum of 12 hours, from 08h00 to 20h00. Arrangements for additional hours must be
made with reception, and extra charges will apply.
Towels provided by the lodge are not allowed to leave the premises. Guests wishing to swim must bring their own
towels.
Any damage or breakage to property of Molobane Estate Lodge & Spa will be charged to the responsible guest.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Smoking is permitted outside the rooms and venues.
Loud music or parties are not permitted in the rooms. Noise is allowed only in the designated venues.
Children must be accompanied by parents at all times around the pool.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Keys must not leave the premises. If keys are taken and misplaced, a fee of R50 will be charged.
In case of fire, theft, or injuries sustained on the premises, guests must proceed to the assembly area.
